The University of Cambridge

The University of Cambridge is known as the second-oldest university in the English-speaking world. It was founded by scholars who had left the University of Oxford over a dispute in 1209. Notable scholars include John Milton, Jane Goodall, John Cleese, Sylvia Plath, Alan Turing, Francis Bacon Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, and Stephen Hawking.
