How to make meat pepper soup

Below are required ingredients
- 1.5kg Assorted beef:
- cow tripe (shaki)
- cow ribs
- kidney
- heart
- tablespoon ground ehu (calabash nutmeg)
- Habanero pepper (to your taste)
- 2 red onions
- Sweet peppers (optional, for colour)
- Scent leaves (optional)
- seasoning cubes
- Salt
Preparation
Start by cooking the toughest parts of meats, add thyme, ground ehu and seasoning cubes.
Steam without adding water.
Add onion, pour water to cover the meats, And start cooking. Keep an eye on it and always top up the water when necessary.
After 40 minutes, add the softest part of the meat, which the heart and the kidney, top up the water if necessary then cover and continue cooking.
After another 15 minutes, all the meats should be well cooked without being too soft.
Add the chopped peppers and the scent leaves. Add salt if necessary.
Cover and cook for at most one minute and it is ready.
