How to create a (vcf) file from Google Sheets and Google Contacts
You can easily create a vcf file from your contacts in Google sheet. Prepare your contact file in Google Sheet using some pre-defined headers name.
You may only select the headers you need if not all of them. These are acceptable headers:

Export this file from your Google Sheet in a CSV format
Go to Google Contacts using this address www.google.com/contacts
Click on Import and select your exported CSV contacts files from google sheets into Google Contacts.
After successful import, click on export and select vCard (vcf) file from the options displayed on Google Contacts.
Thats it! You are ready to use this vcf file to import to iPhone, Android and other contact application.
