Why issue of rape rampant?

Rape in our nowadays society hav now rampant just because of technology advancements which have make both married women and single ladies to be wearing all kind of indecent dressing like mini cloth that bring our their most sensitive part of their body like breast etc which attract men's mind to be thinking of having taste of what they have seen,moreover this habit can be stop by amending and encouraging young ladies and woman to stop wearing rags they call cloth so that we can have the best society ever.
