A business plan is the road of map for launching your business or product to the market,it begins with conception of ideas,and is common when you have large members of People.

Why do we need business plan?

1.business plan is needed if funding is required for the business

2.it is meant to guide your operations e.g number of tools,number of machines ,no of workers.

Things you should do in business plan.

1.Try to keep a fewer than 20 pages.

2.Use bullet point and number list whenever possible

3.Use but do not over use graphs,diagrams,and photographs

4.Have a neutral third party to read the plan

5.include a table of content and page numbers in your plan.
