We should drink water before bed to remain hydrated through the night.

When someone lose too much of water and the person is dehydrated, been dehydrated can lead to tension headache.

Even drinking hot or warm water helps the body in improving digestion.

Drinking warm water before bed helps the body to rid itself from unwanted toxin 

It also help to relieve pain or cramping in the stomach.
