A Man of God was caught with 17 fingers and skulls in Akure.

The Police on Monday arrested a Man of God, Kolawole Paul, in Alagbaka area of Akure, Ondo State for being in illegal possession of seventeen fingers and skulls, including a man's private organ.

The suspect, who was arrested at No. 3, Adeleke street, Off Alagbaka area of Akure, was said to have also been caught with a heart and other parts of a female in his room.

The Ondo Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chike Emmanuel, said the Man of God was arrested following a tip-off and investigation by officers in the command.

Chike said the suspect, during interrogation, revealed that the said human parts were given to him by an accomplice who has also been apprehended.

According to Chike, the suspect and the accomplice would be charged to court at the end of its investigation.

He said the Commissioner of Police, Elisha Akorede, particularly urged members of the public to be conscious of the activities of people living in their vicinity, and report any suspicious movement to law enforcement agencies.

”The CP urges members of the public to embark on ‘Operation Know Your Neighbour’ because the Man of God was staying in a compound without his neighbours knowing what he really does for a living asides being a Man of God,” Chike
